Histone Database
QHistone consists of 1,534 ChIP seq libraries from 27 histone modifications, and 11 variants in Arabidopsis thaliana
(TAIR10).
Search the table below by histone name, genotype, tissue, stress condition, and age. The quality score FRiP (fraction of reads in peaks)
of each library were disclosed as part of quality control.
User can also visualize the peak patterns with Enrichment Analysis, tSNE/PCA/MDS Analyses, and Integrative Genomics Viewer (IGV).
Moreover, you can simultaneously compare 4 libraries using Joint Analysis.
